AZ State Bar | Seeking Public Input re Esq Discipline

Ari­zona. Hear Ye! Hear Ye.

The State Bar of Ari­zona “Attor­ney Dis­ci­pline Task Force” is seek­ing pub­lic com­ment regard­ing ways to improve the effi­ciency of their lawyer dis­ci­pline sys­tem.  The task force is hold­ing its sec­ond meet­ing on Fri­day, August 28, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Hear­ing Room 109 of the State Courts Build­ing located at 1501 West Wash­ing­ton in Phoenix.

The pub­lic is wel­come to attend! We strongly rec­om­mend that all of the folks who, accord­ing to the invi­ta­tion, have filed 4,000 com­plaints (“charges”) against Ari­zona lawyers in 2009 show up and give em’ an ear full.
