Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
On this date in the Garden State, the New Jersey Attorney Discipline Review Board (the DRB) suspended Gregory G. Hawn, Esquire [#100817] for three months on February 13, 2008 for misconduct for which he was originally disciplined in the District of Columbia, including falsifying his résumé and altering his law school transcripts in order to obtain legal employment in the State of California.
Some do start early! Just too bad he got caught before he could cause significant damage. Hopefully Greg landed a job and is in the game!
Richard J. Engelhardt, Esquire appeared before the DRB for the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics (the OAE).
Gregory waived appearance. Undoubtedly he was too busy amending his resume.
Have there been other instances of misconduct by Mister Hawn that haven’t been addressed by the DRB?
