Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
On this date in the Garden State, the New Jersey Attorney Discipline Review Board (the DRB) admonished Paul L. Abramo, Esquire [#101094].
Abramo was admonished on October 20, 2008 for failing to remove his former partner’s name on letterhead after their association had terminated, apparently a dastardly deed in New Jersey.
Carl A. Mazzie, Esquire appeared before the DRB for District XI.
Paul appeared pro se i.e., on his own behalf which of course begs the question whether he had “a fool for a client” or if that’s just a tired lawyers marketing gimmick?
Is there more to this story? Were any of Paul’s client’s injured as a consequence of his failing to remove his former partner’s name on his letterhead?
