The Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion is seek­ing pub­lic com­ment regard­ing the mis­ad­ven­tures of New Jer­sey attor­ney William P. Deni, Sr., Esquire [#101094], prior to accept­ing nom­i­na­tions for his induc­tion into the EEBA.

Accord­ing to New Jer­sey Office of Attor­ney Ethics, Ronald was admon­ished on Jan­u­ary 23, 2008 for “rou­tinely com­min­gling more than $1,000,000 of earned legal fees and per­sonal funds with client trust funds in his Attor­ney Trust Account.”

Has William engaged in other das­tardly deeds that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attor­ney Ethics?
