Lee Arman Cohn, Xsquire [#101148], of 600 S. Andrews Ave., Suite 405, Fort Laud­erdale has been nom­i­nated by the Florida Bar for induc­tion into the Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion.

Admit­ted to prac­tice in 1986, Cohn was per­ma­nently dis­barred effec­tive imme­di­ately, fol­low­ing a Jan­u­ary 29, 2009 court order.

Accord­ing to the Florida Bar:

Cohn con­tin­ued to prac­tice law, know­ing that he was dis­barred. He also pur­posely lied to the court as to his iden­tity in order to be able to prac­tice law. (Case No. SC08-2452)

What’s Lee up to? We’d love to know and are cer­tain he’d be inter­ested to learn he’s been nom­i­nated and if inducted could obtain a license to prac­tice in EEBA approved courts.
