The Evil Esquire Bar Association is seeking public comment regarding the misadventures of New Jersey attorney Maria M. Dias, Esquirette [#101094], prior to accepting nominations for her induction into the EEBA.
According to New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, Maria was admonished on July 29, 2008 for ” for practicing law via numerous appearances in court for other attorneys after she had been declared ineligible to practice law by the Supreme Court for non-payment of the annual attorney registration fee.”
Has Maria engaged in other dastardly deeds that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attorney Ethics?
