The Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion is seek­ing pub­lic com­ment regard­ing the mis­ad­ven­tures of New Jer­sey attor­ney Maria M. Dias, Esquirette [#101094], prior to accept­ing nom­i­na­tions for her induc­tion into the EEBA.

Accord­ing to New Jer­sey Office of Attor­ney Ethics, Maria was admon­ished on July 29, 2008 for ” for prac­tic­ing law via numer­ous appear­ances in court for other attor­neys after she had been declared inel­i­gi­ble to prac­tice law by the Supreme Court for non-payment of the annual attor­ney reg­is­tra­tion fee.”

Has Maria engaged in other das­tardly deeds that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attor­ney Ethics?
