Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
The Evil Esquire Bar Association is seeking public comment regarding the misadventures of New Jersey attorney Paul Gauer, Esquire [#101211], prior to accepting nominations for his induction into the EEBA.
According to New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, Paul was admonished on December 5, 2008 “for ceasing communications with his clients after he lost their file and leaving them uninformed about the status of their case at a critical point in the representation.”
Has Paul engaged in other dastardly deeds that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attorney Ethics?
