The Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion is seek­ing pub­lic com­ment regard­ing the mis­ad­ven­tures of New Jer­sey attor­ney Paul Gauer, Esquire [#101211], prior to accept­ing nom­i­na­tions for his induc­tion into the EEBA.

Accord­ing to New Jer­sey Office of Attor­ney Ethics, Paul was admon­ished on Decem­ber 5, 2008 “for ceas­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions with his clients after he lost their file and leav­ing them unin­formed about the sta­tus of their case at a crit­i­cal point in the representation.”

Has Paul engaged in other das­tardly deeds that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attor­ney Ethics?
