The Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion is seek­ing pub­lic com­ment regard­ing the mis­ad­ven­tures of New Jer­sey attor­ney Thomas J. Hag­gerty, Esquire [#101235], prior to accept­ing nom­i­na­tions for his induc­tion into the EEBA.

Accord­ing to New Jer­sey Office of Attor­ney Ethics, Thomas was admon­ished on July 24, 2008 for grossly neglect­ing a client’s per­sonal injury mat­ter, fail­ing to com­mu­ni­cate with the client and fail­ing to coop­er­ate with dis­ci­pli­nary authorities.

Has Thomas engaged in other das­tardly deeds that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attor­ney Ethics?
