Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

On this date in the Gar­den State, the New Jer­sey Attor­ney Dis­ci­pline Review Board (the DRB) sus­pended Dora R. Gar­cia, Esquirette [#102032] for fif­teen months effec­tive Novem­ber 24, 2007 as a result of rec­i­p­ro­cal dis­ci­pline imposed in the Com­mon­wealth of Penn­syl­va­nia for aid­ing and abet­ting her hus­band in the prac­tice of law after he was sus­pended, prac­tic­ing under a false and mis­lead­ing firm name, lack­ing can­dor to a tri­bunal, fil­ing sev­eral friv­o­lous law­suits and mak­ing numer­ous false and reck­less alle­ga­tions about the qual­i­fi­ca­tions of judges.

Richard J. Engel­hardt, Esquire appeared before the DRB for the New Jer­sey Office of Attor­ney Ethics (the OAE).

Dora waived appear­ance. Too busy think­ing up reck­less alle­ga­tions about the qual­i­fi­ca­tions of judges perhaps?

Were any of Dora’s clients injured as a con­se­quence of his mis­con­duct in this or the under­ly­ing mat­ter? Was resti­tu­tion ordered? Paid?
