On this date in the Gar­den State, the New Jer­sey Attor­ney Dis­ci­pline Review Board (the DRB) dis­barred Julio A. Richards, Xsquire [#102072] for know­ingly mis­ap­pro­pri­at­ing med­ical escrow funds from a neg­li­gence matter.

Christina Blunda Kennedy, Esquirette rep­re­sented the New Jer­sey Office of Attor­ney Ethics (the OAE) before the DRB.

Julio failed to appear. Per­haps he was too busy con­tem­plat­ing his career alternatives?
