Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
On this date in the Garden State, the New Jersey Attorney Discipline Review Board (the DRB) suspended Henry A. Walsh, Jr., Esquire [#102090] for three months effective February 21, 2009 on a certified record for practicing law after he had been declared ineligible to do so for non-payment of the annual attorney registration fee from September 30, 2002 to June 27, 2005.
John J. Janasie, Esquire appeared before the DRB for the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics (the OAE).
Henry failed to appear. He’s probably on vacation! Certianly Henry will pay when he returns.
Henry is a repeat offender of the New Jersey Rules of Professional Conduct. He was reprimanded in 2006, censured in 2007 and suspended on August 21, 2008. Heretofore his aggregate unethical conduct has not risen to a level deemed meritous of disbarrment by New Jersey bar overseers.
Have there been other instances of misconduct by Mister Walsh that haven’t been addressed by the DRB?
