  1. Victim of Justice

While I am not yet familiar with the activities of one Janice Banducci, Esquirette, I would suggest that all one needs to do in Bakersfield is open the phone book under Yellow Pages (attorney’s), close your eyes and pick one, any one, and you will have a unanimous nominee for the EEBA, Magna Cum Evil. I’m certain the nefarious nature of this professon makes consumer/victims throughout the country feel the sting of this prolifically incestuous viper, but Bakersfield’s legal and judicial system have been well documented by “60 Minutes”, “Dateline”, and the Sean Penn documentary, “Witch Hunt”. The absolutely arrogant “no fear of accountability” among these vipers is unbelievable.

Ahhh…Janice Banducci…I know her incompetence well. I know many attorneys in the family law division of the courthouse, and she is the joke of the judicial system in Bakersfield; despised by judges, attorneys, court clerks, etc. One thing unsuspecting victims of her incompetence have going for them; if they are looking in the phonebook, they are safe. She didn’t pay her bill, and got booted.

janice banducci should be drug tested before each court apperance.

What’s the point in complaining about her to the “Bar” if nothing will ever happen? What other steps are there???????

You could always sue her for malpractice.

  6. Another victim

Janice was a defense attorney who no longer practices criminal defense because of her incompetence. She is currently a court appointed “Children’s advocate” attorney. She has interviews children to see how they are doing in the home while the parents are going through a divorce and then makes recomendations on visitation, etc. I have personally know 4 family law attorneys and have asked their opinion and have all stated she is a nut and should not be practicing law. My question is if it is obivious, why don’t the judges not appointment her? We know the answer, don’t rock the boat!

  7. Screwed by Banducci

If you are a father in a family law custody dispute and Banducci is appointed minors counsel you might as well put your head between your legs and kiss your butt goodbye. She does not investigate the case properly and will side with the mother. She has met with my children and my Ex wife 4 times and with myself once. I have had 2 calls into her office that were never returned. If she is your childrens minor counsel do what ever you can to get that changed and get someone else.

  8. hatebanducci

I hate her more than my Ex!!! Hiring her was the biggest mistake Ive ever made. She is unproffesional, rude, heartless, uncivilized, hateful, deceitful, ignorant…i could go on all day. Anyone reading this article please take my advice and do not hire this woman. She will make your life a living hell. Divorce or Separation is already difficult do not add this woman to your stress. I agree she does need to be drug tested
