Extremely evil! You should look into the fact that Ehrlich’s law partner’s brother escaped prosecution as well. In that case the CalBar took action. Good luck!

This is shameful. How could Ehrlich get by with this? If witnesses can’t trust prosecutors to not misuse information provided to them then people will stop reporting crime. This totally undermines the justice system.

What did the California Bar do? If you haven’t already, send your complaint to the department of justice’s office of professional responsibility.

Long… what’s happened with this? It appears Ehrlich is still practicing law. Is that the case?

    jerry brown’s facelessbook

Jerry Brown is our favorite corrupt mental midget.

are you the good guys or bad guys

That depends. If you’re corrupt then we’re the bad guys.

i was disbarrred after filing suit against janet reno

Sweet! Not the disbarred part…. although if you swear allegiance to the corrupt left, they will probably rebar you.

filed RICO case against judge and State Bar sent papers saying i was going to be disbarred for engaging in acts of moral turp

Moral turpitude. That’s a catch all the imperious fops at the CalBar use to intimidate well meaning Esquires. Try to get admitted to their “diversion” program for substance abusers. Helps you evade disbarment.

Certainly the judge is on the take.

gilroy dispatch ran story in which state bar spokesman ruled i was engaging in frivolous litigation before fed suit could rule on my case against cops and da

Sounds like you should sue the State Bar twits too. Another suggestion would be to drown them in FOIA requests. That would shine a lot of daylight on their “practices.”

grand jury and dep das claim in letter i gave to jerry b that da and judge framed my client, the son of grand jury member to cover up cop and da corruption

Jerry wouldn’t pursue money laundering and narcotics trafficking complaint either. One of the partners at Heller Ehrman, the law firm at the center of the complaint, is a confederate of Jerry Brown. Perhaps Jerry is depending on the narcotics’ rings money to run his campaign.

filed more than a dozen state bar complaints against gov and elite lawyers which were never investigated

They only pick on the little guys or those who don’t share the wealth.

Ever hear of the CalBar or Cal AG’s office investigating a large law firm without the Feds starting the ball rolling? Has never happened. Heller Ehrman and Day Casebeer lawyers subject of complaint by judge in Broadcomm / Qualcom case. To our knowledge the CalBar has done nada… Why? Because law firms are LARGEST contributors to political campaigns.

Forget complaining… make fun of the bastards. The only thing that will change their corrupt, self-serving behavior is a lynch mob… we’ll help you organize one.
