Ronald Thomas Rider, Esquire [#101152], of 200 S. Indian River Drive, Suite 300, Fort Pierce has been nom­i­nated by the Florida Bar for induc­tion into the Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion. Admit­ted to prac­tice in 1988, Rider was sus­pended until fur­ther order, fol­low­ing a Decem­ber 23, 2008 court order.

Frank Michael Costanzo, Esquire [#101151], of 2800 Haly­con Ave., Bal­ti­more, Mary­land has been nom­i­nated by the Florida Bar for induc­tion into the Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion. Admit­ted to prac­tice in 1996, Costanzo was sus­pended effec­tive imme­di­ately, fol­low­ing a Decem­ber 23, 2008 court order. Accord­ing to the Florida Bar: Costanzo appeared to be caus­ing great pub­lic harm by aban­don­ing his prac­tice and mis­ap­pro­pri­at­ing client funds. (Case No. SC08-2343)

Lee Arman Cohn [#101148], of 600 S. Andrews Ave., Suite 405, Fort Laud­erdale has been nom­i­nated by the Florida Bar for induc­tion into the Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion. Cohn was per­ma­nently dis­barred effec­tive imme­di­ately, fol­low­ing a Jan­u­ary 29, 2009 court order. Accord­ing to the Florida Bar: “Cohn con­tin­ued to prac­tice law, know­ing that he was dis­barred. He also pur­posely lied to the court as to his iden­tity in order to be able to prac­tice law.”
