Frank Que­sada [#101154], of 1313 Ponce De Leon Blvd, #200, Coral Gables, has added to the EEBA (Evil Esquire Bar Asso­ci­a­tion) Watch List as a con­se­quence of the Florida Bar Board of Govenor’s deci­sion to issue him a pub­lic rep­ri­mand i.e., a sharp rebuke and fur­ther place him on pro­ba­tion for six months, fol­low­ing a Febuary 5, 2009 court order.

On this date in the Buck­eye State, the FBI arrested Cen­ter­ville Ohio lawyer Marc Nor­man Green­berg, age 32. Green­berg was charged in a fed­eral com­plaint filed in the U.S. Dis­trict Court, South­ern Dis­trict of Ohio, Day­ton, with 12 counts of vio­lat­ing Title 18, U.S. Code Sec­tion 1470 (Obscenity).

Rich filed a com­plaint with the State Bar of Cal­i­for­nia regard­ing alle­ga­tions that her attor­ney, Robert Keith Bolt, Esquire engaged in mul­ti­ple instances of mis­con­duct dur­ing the course of his rep­re­sen­ta­tion.
