   Diana Bernadina Biafora Sparagna lacks intelligence, integrity, morality, ethics and honesty.

   These elements-intelligence, integrity, morality, ethics and honesty are the hallmarks of a good attorney. You either have it or you do not.

   Dishonesty and lying comes easy to some people in our society - some are doctors, some are lawyers, some are sales people. People without integrity sadly permeate our society.

   And those without integrity and live dishonest lives will deceive friends, family and even when they are under oath. Diana Bernadina Biafora Sparagna has done this constantly with clients and even her own father-the true owner of the family trust and controller of the Biafora family. She obviously is threatened by those of us who are fundamentally honest. Especially if an honest person like me refuses to participate in illegal scams that cheat clients and the government.

   Dishonest people threaten those without a core of integrity. People with racial prejudice should not have a license to engage the general public. Diana Bernadina Biafora Sparagna is a narcissist sociopath that has a deep hatred towards Mexican and Asian Americans.

   Apparently she was chased out of two towns, Reseda and then Westlake Village, and now is hiding in Monrovia, California. Failed as a “worker’s comp” attorney, she went to night school to get her certificate to be an “arbitrator,” a field unregulated by the State Bar.

   My question is why? Why is she still authorized to practice law, much less be an arbitrator, if she was suspended for stealing client funds back in 2000? Why is this adulterer putting herself out to the general public stating she has morals when in fact she had a sexual relationship with a doctor she refers clients to while being married to her husband, Francis, last year? Why is this racists attorney still authorized to practice law?

   We need to change the law and preclude false advertising, eliminate grossly incompetent attorneys, and bring back morality to the practice of law.

   Actually, she was publicly reproved in 2000 not suspended (see: State Bar of California: Diana Sparagna)

   Morals and lack of racial bias are not qualifications for a law license- unfortunately. Bar Examinations are not as difficult to pass as one might imagine and bar associations are intentionally underfunded.

   Statistically it is very rare the State Bar of California investigates cases and disciplines attorneys accused of misconduct. This won't change until state politics change. Jerry Brown is the California Bar's chief legal adviser the top law enforcement officer in the state. The largest contributors as a group to his political campaigns are attorneys. This is true of folks like Barbara Boxer and California state senators and assemblymen as well. Nothing will change as long as these politicians are influenced by the legal lobby. In order to mitigate such corrupt influence, California campaign finance laws and the structure of the State Bar will need to be changed. And that won't happen as long as Jerry and his confederates hold office.
