John Edward Grasberger, Esquire | SUSPENDED

Cal­i­for­nia.  Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

On this date in the Golden State the illus­tri­ous State Bar of Cal­i­for­nia sus­pended (interim) John Edward Gras­berger, age 61, of La Mesa, Cal­i­for­nia after he was con­victed of pos­ses­sion of child pornography.

John was admit­ted to the State Bar of Cal­i­for­nia on Novem­ber 29, 1979.  He attended Rens­se­laer Poly­tech­nic Insti­tute and obtained his law degree from the Uni­ver­sity of Pitts­burgh School of Law.

In their infi­nite wis­dom, the lawyers at the State Bar of Cal­i­for­nia Bar don’t sus­pend an attor­ney just because he or she have been charged with a felony.  And they don’t dis­bar them until their appeals have been exhausted so John’s license to prac­tice crime err law in Cal­i­for­nia is just rest­ing for now.
