On this date, in the Garden State, the Supreme Court of New Jersey reprimanded John F. Hamill, Jr. (Respondent) for improperly failing to turn over clients’ files after the representation was terminated and for failing to reply to a disciplinary authority’s request for information.
Christopher J. Dalton appeared before the Discipline Review Board for District VA. Respondent failed to appear.
Were any of Mr. Hamill’s clients injured as a consequence of his actions? If so, are those who were injured satisfied with the discipline imposed in this case? Has restitution been made?
