After making several attempts to speak with him never could be reached nor return a phone call. Every time I called when I did get someone by the name of Lauren and she would tell me that Janice said she needed more information. But never called me to say nothing but I was always told something else each time I have all the dates and times I call. I call several times and it kept telling me the mail box is full.
After going on and on with this for a loan modification I sent them a e-mail stating that I had received a notice from the mortgage company saying my house was in forclosure . Now this is the same attorney that was suppose to be my power attorney acting on my behalf that I payed 4 payments of 1,200.00 was paid in full to him the same attorney Craig Laverty. I am seeking my full refund because he did not do nothing in my behalf to stay in my home
