New Jersey. Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
On this date, in the Garden State, the Supreme Court of New Jersey disbarred Stephen A. Gallo sort of. While a matter was pending before the Supreme Court for oral argument, monsieur Gallo tendered his “disbarrment” err resignation.
The basis for the underlying action was his guilty plea in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Law Division, to a one-count accusation and three counts of indictment number S-0089– 01, charging four separate acts of the fourth degree crime of criminal sexual contact, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14– 3(b). Whatever that meams?

Stephen’s father and the sentencing judge were personal friends for over 30 years. Stephen escaped serious justice through clever lawering and a judge that valued the defendant’s father’s friendship more than the rule of law. in other words, corruption Jersey style
