Robert Karl Andres, Xsquire [#101988], age 55 of Burlington, Vermont has been nominated by the imperious fops of the State Bar of California for induction into the EEBA (Evil Esquire Bar Association). He was “disbarred” in California on September 9, 2007 after compiling long rap sheets with California and Vermont bar overseers including: being put on probation in 2000; suspended for failing to pass the MPRE, professional responsibility examination in 2002; and suspended in 2006.

Gordon Wright, Esquire has been nominated by the State Bar of California for induction into the Evil Esquire Bar Association as an interminable member. Wright was disbarred August 30, 2008, by the Cal Bar and ordered to comply with Rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court i.e., inform his clients, opposing counsel and interested third parties of the change in his title from Esquire to Xsquire– or something like that

Just in time for the CalBARFOON’s annual gathering in at the Grand Hyatt in San Diego, the Evil Esquire Bar Association’s actuarial department has released their preliminary findings regarding the State Bar of California’s discipline system performance for the years 2004 through 2008. Before we start, the text on the cover of the State Bar of California 2008 Annual Report is worth noting: “Public Protection | Administration of Justice | Member Services.”

Robert Spencer Douglas, Esquire [#100063], age 64, of Rancho Santa Fe, California has been nominated by the State Bar of California for induction into the Evil Esquire Bar Association as an associate member. Douglas was was suspended for two years, stayed, placed on two years of probation with a 60-day actual suspension for his part in an illegal scheme to solicit and pay fees to county jail inmates for bail bond referrals.

Quincy N. Hoang [#101158], age 37, of San Jose has been nominated by the State Bar of California for induction into the Evil Esquire Bar Association as an associate member. On November 6, 2008, Hoang was suspended by the CalBar for two years, which suspension was stayed and he was placed on two years of probation with an actual one-year suspension and was ordered to take the Multi-state Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) and comply with rule 9.20 i.e., inform his clients, opposing counsel and interested third parties of his suspension.

Loel Harris Seitel (age 42) of New York, has been nominated by the State Bar of California for induction into the Evil Esquire Bar Association. Seitel was disbarred Januray 9, 2009 and ordered to inform his clients, opposing counsel and ‘interested third parties” that the CalBar relieved him of his lawyering license. Does this mean he won’t be practicing anymore in prison?

Lisa J. Jackson (age 52) of Pacific Palisades, California has been nominated by the State Bar of California for induction into the Evil Esquire Bar Association as a junior member. On January 16, 2009, Jackson was suspended by the CalBar for three years, stayed, placed on three years probation with an actual 18-month suspension, ordered to take the Multi-state Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) within one year, ordered to inform her clients, opposing counsel and ‘interested third parties” that the corrupt clowns at the CalBar had temporarily relieved her of her lawyering license and ordered her to prove her rehabilitation (i.e., drop a proper sized bag of cash off at the CalBar’s offices).
