Proposed by the Florida Bar Association, Robert L. Shepherd, Esquire has been inducted into the Evil Esquire Bar Association as an associate member. The Florida State Supreme Court suspended Mr. Shepherd following a January 29, 2009 court order. Shepherd was found guilty in U.S. District Court of one count of conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, a felony.

Capazzi, Jr. [#101177] for committing the third degree crime of altering evidence, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-1 and N.J.S.A. 2C:28-6. Specifically, Capazzi, who owned and operated Atlantic Bail Bondsman, coerced a bounty hunter to fabricate an inflated receipt for expenses incurred in the apprehension of a fugitive, who had “jumped” bail.
