Eric Hernan Gamonal, Xsquire [#100805], age 31, of Sherman Oaks, California has been nominated by the State Bar of California for induction into the Evil Esquire Bar Association as an interminable member. Gamonal resigned from the State Bar of California on March 16, 2007. According to the Bar he attempted to commit a “lewd act on a child.”

Anthony Wright, Xsquire | NOMINATED

Pedophile, Xsquire Wright pled guilty to seven counts of committing lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under 14 years of age on March 13, 2008. Citing moral turpitude as its grounds, the California State Bar Court granted the Cal BarFFOONS request to summarily disbar Wright on October 29, 2008 and the California Supreme Court rubber stamped the Bar Court’s order on April 3, 2009.

On this date in the Empire State, Steven J. Lever, Esquire, an intellectual property attorney, formerly with Kirkland & Ellis in New York City, was suspended by the New York bar after attempting to arrange a meeting “to engage in an oral sexual act” with a female he believed to be 13 years old– via an Internet chat room– in 2004.

Mario Bautista, Xsquire | DISBARRED FINALLY!

On this date in the morally bankrupt state, the State Bar of California “summarily” disbarred Mario A. Bautista of San Jose. Seems Mr. Bautista was convicted in 2005 of five felonies including: “sexual penetration of a person under the age of 16″– Bautista was approximately 48 years old at the time of his conviction. Bautista didn’t show up for his sentencing. Citing his failure to appear, the State Bar Court, in their infinite wisdom, decided to finally disbar him– TWO YEARS AFTER HIS CONVICTION!
