On this date, in the Garden State, the Supreme Court of New Jersey disbarred lawyer Andre McGuire as a result of his guilty plea in the State of Connecticut to four counts of sexual assault in the third degree, in violation of Connecticut General Statutes §53(a)- 72(a)(2).

On this date, in the Garden State, the Supreme Court of New Jersey suspended lawyer William S. Wolfson, Esquire for pleading guilty in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Hunterdon County, to a one-count accusation charging him with fourth degree criminal sexual contact in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3(b).
