On this date, in the Garden State, the Supreme Court of New Jersey suspended William F. Sweeney (Respondent) for improperly handling his mother’s financial affairs.
Richard J. Engelhardt appeared before the Discipline Review Board for the Office of Attorney Ethics. John H. Rosenberger represented the Respondent.
Mr. Sweeney’s license to practice law was suspended on March 27, 2007. They didn’t state for how long-until his mommy tells the New Jersey Supreme Court to reinstate him? Hopefully she got her money back… ? Really she should know better than to trust a lawyer.
Have there been any other instances of misconduct by Mr. Sweeney that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attorney Ethics?
